This place has helped me out so much over the past two years. Before I found Action Auto Insurance I could not find an insurance company that was even remotely affordable, or that would even take me on. In my youth I was uneducated in the ways of car insurance, was an inexperienced driver, and had been in an unfortunate car accident (I was at fault). On top of that I had missed a couple insurance payments. Thus my difficulty in finding a willing insurance company. I was skeptical when referred to Action Auto by a friend, but sure enough they found a decent, affordable company to take me on. Recently there was an issue with my insurance provider’s website, and I was unable to make a payment. Shannon at action auto called the insurance company directly and had the issue taken care of immediately- These guys really know what they’re doing. Best of all, they send me a message every month about a week before my insurance is due, so I never forget to make a payment. All in all this company is great: it’s affordable, the staff are so helpful, and they don’t treat me the way most other companies would (being a young, inexperienced driver on a budget with multiple blemishes on my driving record). This is a local, family operated business with knowledgeable people that actually care. My only complaint is that it could be in a better location.
